Dr Nilesh Shah is the practice principal at Gorse Covert Dental Practice. He focuses on implantology and oral surgery, having gained a Master’s degree in implantology from the University of Sheffield.
Dr Shah has lectured nationally and internationally on dental implants and provides a referral service for local general dental practitioners requiring implant services and oral surgery. In addition, Nilesh is a clinical mentor for several dental implant companies and the Association of Dental Implantology (UK).
Patient consultations
For patients enquiring about implant treatment via this website, Dr Shah offers a free preliminary consultation. This appointment does not include a clinical examination and it only takes 15 minutes. Please use the button in the right hand column to request an appointment.
Once you have decided in principle that you want implant treatment, the next step is a clinical consultation. This includes a comprehensive oral examination and production of a fully-costed individual plan for your treatment. The fee for the clinical assessment and treatment plan is £160 including X-rays/CT scans. The cost of the clinical consultation is refunded when you proceed with the treatment.

We accept referrals for all implant and oral surgery cases. We ensure excellent communication with the referring GDP. All patients will be sent back to the referring practice after treatment.
