Dr Kevin Gibney has practised at St Paul’s Dental Care and Implant Centre since 1990. He has been providing dental implant treatment since 1997 and in that time has placed and restored hundreds of implants. Kevin enjoys the challenge of complex cases, many of which involve the use of implants together with crowns, bridges, orthodontics and veneers using the latest ceramics to restore both function and aesthetics. Dr Gibney was awarded membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1994 and completed a masters degree in Medical Science, Implantology in 2003. Kevin graduated from Dundee University in 1977.

This appointment does not include a clinical examination and it only takes 15 minutes. The discussion will help you consider the options for treating your dental problems and decide whether to proceed to a clinical consultation for implants. Once you have decided in principle that you want implant treatment, the next step is a clinical consultation. This includes a comprehensive oral examination, and results in the production of a fully-costed individual plan for your treatment. The fee for the clinical assessment appointment is £50, this does not include X-rays/CT scans.
